This is a humble apostolate with the goal to educate and encourage Catholics to stop receiving Communion in the hand and in the state of sin.
There is no doubt that this apostolate is deeply pleasing to God and fiercely opposed by the enemy of souls. The practice of Communion in the hand—introduced through deception and irreverence—bears the marks of diabolical influence, and thus the forces of darkness will not hesitate to wage war against any effort to restore reverence to the Most Blessed Sacrament. Yet we take heart, for Heaven does not abandon those who labor for the honor of Our Eucharistic Lord. Even the smallest act done with love and fidelity in this mission will be abundantly blessed and rewarded. Every Catholic, by virtue of Baptism and love for Christ, is called to be an apostle of the Holy Eucharist—to adore, proclaim and defend the Real Presence of Our Lord with both word and witness.

Here are some practical tips for those who wish to receive communion on the tongue. By doing this, you’ll avoid having the smallest particle of Our Lord stuck in your teeth where it might be desecrated later by coming into contact with the profane.

Catholics should Confess these sins before receiving Holy Communion: 1) Sins against The Ten Commandments. 2) Sins that go against the precepts of the Catholic Church.

Dear Priests of Christ, if you love JESUS,
- Do not give Holy Communion in the hand.
- Preach often on the necessity of communicating in the state of grace and the serious sin of receiving Him unworthily, in the state of sin.
- Handle the sacred hosts in a careful and reverential manner, as it is done by priest during the Traditional Latin Mass.
- Encourage fellow prelates to do the same
Dear faithful Catholics, if you love JESUS,
- Keep the prescribed eucharist fast of 1 hour (3 hrs, if you can).
- Be in the state of grace before communicating. Go to confession, if in the state of sin. It is not obligatory to receive Communion during every Mass.
- Receive Our Lord on the tongue only.
- If possible, kneel while receiving or at least, bow.
- Educate and encourage others to do the same.
Advanced Actions
