This is a humble apostolate with the goal to educate and encourage Catholics to stop receiving Communion in the hand and in the state of sin.
There is no doubt that this apostolate is deeply pleasing to God and fiercely opposed by the enemy of souls. The practice of Communion in the hand—introduced through deception and irreverence—bears the marks of diabolical influence, and thus the forces of darkness will not hesitate to wage war against any effort to restore reverence to the Most Blessed Sacrament. Yet we take heart, for Heaven does not abandon those who labor for the honor of Our Eucharistic Lord. Even the smallest act done with love and fidelity in this mission will be abundantly blessed and rewarded. Every Catholic, by virtue of Baptism and love for Christ, is called to be an apostle of the Holy Eucharist—to adore, proclaim and defend the Real Presence of Our Lord with both word and witness.

There was a time when we Catholics always knelt for Holy Communion. When we only received on the tongue and while kneeling. When only the priest administered Holy Communion. Why were these things changed and who were behind it?

St. Thomas Aquinas (1225-1274) affirms that "Out of reverence towards this sacrament, nothing touches it, but what is consecrated; hence the corporal and the chalice are consecrated, and likewise the priest's hands, for touching this sacrament."

The dangers that arise with Communion in the hand are real, serious and unavoidable. One of the major problems with Communion in the hand is the problem of the particles.

Our Lady, the Apostles and the Saints had always received the Lord only on the tongue, with the utmost piety, humility and reverence.

“Widespread Communion in the hand is part of Satan’s attack on the Eucharist...The most insidious diabolical attack consists in trying to extinguish faith in the Eucharist, by sowing errors and fostering an unsuitable way of receiving it." - Cardinal Robert Sarah

The holy souls taught Maria Simma that receiving Communion in the hand was offensive to God, and moreover that the Bishops who had pushed for this practice pay dearly for this in Purgatory.

A careful study of post–Vatican II history shows that the introduction and eventual normalization of Communion in the hand did not emerge from theological consensus or organic liturgical development.

According to the revelations of demons during an exorcism as documented in Warnings from beyond, “The worst thing is when women are appointed to distribute Communion.

The Scripture sternly warns us that unworthy Communions leads to divine punishment. The Church instructs us that one may receive Holy Communion only if one is in the state of grace.

After Black Mass, lack of belief in the Holy Eucharist, Communion in the state of sin, Communion in the hand and distribution by lay ministers are the worst crimes against Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. Encourage your family, friends, relatives and neighbours to do all that they can to stop Communion in the hand.

Here are some practical tips for those who wish to receive communion on the tongue. By doing this, you’ll avoid having the smallest particle of Our Lord stuck in your teeth where it might be desecrated later by coming into contact with the profane.

Catholics should Confess these sins before receiving Holy Communion: 1) Sins against The Ten Commandments. 2) Sins that go against the precepts of the Catholic Church.
